TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Golden Sky Tour, we may adjust travel information, routes, or attractions due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, natural disasters, or logistical issues. Changes to hotel accommodations may occur without notice based on availability and city events.

Payments must be made via check, cashier’s check, or money order, with a 3.5% fee for credit card transactions. Provide a copy of your payment confirmation. No refunds are available for unused services due to unavoidable circumstances.

Airline rates are approximate and subject to change; payments are non-refundable, and schedules may shift, affecting the tour itinerary. Special requests for seating and services are not guaranteed.

Tours operate with a minimum of 25 passengers; fewer may incur a 5-10% surcharge and receive limited tour manager assistance. Prices are subject to change with currency fluctuations. Transportation to/from the hub city is the passenger’s responsibility, and booking at least 60 days in advance is advised to avoid price increases.

You are responsible for any damages during your stay. We are not liable for delays or schedule changes for transportation services. A $100 fee applies to cancellations or refund requests. Visa requirements and special meal availability may vary.

Package prices apply to fixed departure dates only. For other dates, rates may change due to events or peak seasons. Confirmations will be provided 7-15 days before departure.

In triple rooms, the third guest will have a rollaway bed in a room the same size as a double. Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Due to major events, accommodations might be adjusted.

We recommend a 20 kg checked bag and a 7 kg carry-on. An overseas travel insurance policy is necessary before departure. For complete terms and conditions, please visit our website.

Payments:

At the time of booking: USD 1000/- Per Person as a Non Refundable Deposit

Nonrefundable airline payment upon confirmation

Balance Payment: 60 Days prior to the departure date

Cancellation Charges:

Cancellation 45 days or more prior to the departure date: Non Refundable Booking deposit, airline charges and cancellation fees.

Cancellation 44-31 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the land package cost after deducting deposit.

Cancellation 30 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost

Proposal Terms & Conditions:

The proposal provided is a preliminary estimate, and prices may change at the time of booking. Rates are subject to variation during Black-Out dates, conventions, or special events in cities like Las Vegas and Niagara Falls unless otherwise noted.

It is the client’s responsibility to review the proposal for any omissions or errors. Please confirm all inclusions, as additional requests will be subject to extra charges.

Rates are based on the initially quoted group size, and adjustments will be made if the group size changes. The FOC (Free of Charge) for the Tour Leader does not cover major attraction tickets unless specified.

A mandatory tip of $3.00 per person per day for the driver must be paid directly to the driver. For FIT (Free Independent Traveler) queries, please be aware that resort or destination fees are not included in the proposal.
